Lemon mousse & raspberry yule log (pick up on December 23&24th only)

Yule log is a classic french Christmas dessert, also known as "bûche de Noël".

This year this yule log is composed of a lemon mousse with a raspberry jelly on a raspberry financier cake at the bottom.

Serves 8 people. Can be stored in its box in a fridge for up to 3 days.
